Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

Non-returnable items

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@strivexlatam.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We’ll review your request and, if approved, send return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@strivexlatam.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it’s handled under the return process above.
